Pricing Policy

  • 50% of the amount to be paid in advance for all booking confirmations.
  • Full or balance payment to be made 7 days before arrival. For rooms 6 and above balance payment is to be made 10 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy – up to 6 roomsAmount paid will be Non – Refundable.

Cancellation Policy – for Group Bookings (6 rooms and above) & Events

  • In case the guest happens to cancel the event/ function 90 days prior to the event date, 100% of the advance taken will be refunded.
  • In case the guest happens to cancel the event/function 60 days prior to the event date, 50% of the advance taken will be refunded.
  • In case the guest happens to cancel the event/ function 60 days or less prior to the event date, there will be no refund given.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled on or after the check-in date, or in case of a no-show.
  • 100% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled within 3 days before the check-in date.
  • Free cancellation is available if cancelled between the booking date and 3 days prior to the check-in date.
