HOUSE RULES of GOLDEN FIELDS RESORT

Hello!

Dear guests, we have clarified a few guidelines to ensure safety and comfort at the Resort during your stay.

  • Room check-in 2 PM. Check-out 11 AM.
  • Key card will be given to the guest upon registration at the reception.
  • Guests have to hand over their key card to the reception upon departure.
  • Loss of the key card or not returning the same, the guest will be obligated to pay a penalty of Rs 500 for each card.
  • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
  • Children below 5yrs of age will not be charged on submitting a valid photo id.
    Children above 6 years to 12yrs of age will be charged as per the resort rules.  Above 12yrs of age will be charged as adults. It is mandatory to submit the valid photo id of all guests checking in.
  • Quiet hours are 11 PM To 7 AM We request all guests to be careful during this period and not cause disturbance to other guests.
  • Resort retains the right to refuse further hospitality to Guests who disrespect House Rules.
  • Guests are requested to understand the Resort rules and regulations at the beginning of their stay in the Resort.
  • For your convenience we have provided a safe deposit box, located in the wardrobe in each room. The resort bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.
  • We suggest you double-check the safe deposit box in your room upon your departure from the Resort.
  • All rooms, restaurants, and Lounges are non-smoking areas. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the Resort is obliged to charge a penalty of Rs.2000 according to the Law.
  • The entire Resort is a free Wi-fi zone. – Password is provided at the reception on your key card folder.
  • Do Not Disturb signs can only be displayed for up to 24 hours. After this, Resort reserves the right to enter the room for Safety and Security reasons.
  • Pool timings: 8 am to 8 pm.
    Towels are available by the poolside.  Please do not carry the room towels to the Pool.
    The swimming pool facility is only for in-house guests.
  • Rooms will be cleaned only if the “Please Service my room “tab is on the door.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear to be maintained at all times while accessing common areas of the Resort.
  • Explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals are not permitted into the Resort
  • Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the Resort premises and shall be removed at the management’s discretion.
  • Pets are not allowed in the resort.
  • For your convenience Resort has arranged parking in front of the Resort. The resort will not take any responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking.
  • Airport transfers are available 24 hours. The official price list for the same is published at the reception.
  • Driver’s Accommodation can be availed at an extra price on availability.
  • Any damage caused by the Guest to the Resort property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of the same.
  • Hukkah / Sheesha or any such products are not allowed in the premises.
  • Check Out after 11 AM will attract a full-day room charge.
  • Resort Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels) is not permitted to be taken out of the Resort premises.
    If you have any suggestions regarding resort service or face any technical problem during your stay, please inform the receptionist or the Unit manager for immediate action.
